Built for how you work
Panel interviews: only times the whole panel can make.
Name the required interviewers (plus how many from an optional pool). Candidates only see slots where everyone is free on their real calendars, and the booking lands on every interviewer's calendar.
Old way: Email chains to coordinate availability across multiple interviewers kill your time-to-hire.Candidates self-book; round-robin picks one available screener.
Send a link and candidates pick a real open time. For screens, round-robin hands each booking to a single available team member — evenly, or weighted toward whoever you prefer. (That's different from a panel, where several people must be free at once.)
Old way: Scheduling back-and-forth slows your pipeline, and first-round screens pile up on whichever recruiter answered the email.Every interview on every calendar, auto-confirmed.
Confirmation emails go to the candidate and all interviewers with a Zoom link attached. Nothing falls through.
Old way: Interview details get lost across email threads, leading to missed meetings and poor candidate experiences. How teams like yours use SynqSlot
Interview scheduling is where candidates go cold. Between 'we'd love to talk' and a booked time there are usually three days and six emails, and the best candidates have another offer by then.
Panel interviews in one pick
A panel link intersects every interviewer's calendar and shows the candidate only the times when all of them are free. One click books the whole panel, creates an event on each interviewer's calendar and sends one invite to the candidate. If one interviewer is optional, you mark them optional and the intersection ignores them.
Fairness rotation spreads interviews across a larger pool so the same two engineers do not carry every loop, and a same-panel-as-last-round option keeps the panel consistent for a candidate's second and third rounds.
Single-use links for candidates
A normal booking link keeps working for anyone who has it. A single-use link works once: send it to one candidate, they book, it stops. If they cancel it reopens so they can rebook without you noticing and issuing a new one. Label it with the candidate's name so your list stays readable; the label is never shown to them.
Set an expiry — 'this link expires Friday' — for volume roles. It costs nothing and moves a surprising number of candidates from intending to book to booking.
Reschedules that do not derail the loop
Candidates reschedule. When they do, SynqSlot moves every interviewer's event, re-sends the invite and keeps the panel intact. A reschedule limit per link stops the fourth move; after that the recruiter is told and decides.
Reminders go out in the candidate's time zone with the interviewers' names and the video link, and a DST-crossing warning appears when the interview falls across a clock change for either side.
Pricing for a recruiting team
Team 5 is $27 a month flat, Team 10 is $35. Interviewers who only need their calendar read — not their own booking links — can be added as calendar-only participants without taking a seat.
Frequently asked
- Do interviewers need a SynqSlot account?
- They need to connect a calendar so their availability can be read. Calendar-only participants do not take a seat and do not get their own booking links.
- What happens if an interviewer's calendar disconnects?
- The panel link stops offering times until it is reconnected, and the recruiter is notified. We never guess at availability.
- Can candidates see who is on the panel?
- Yes. The booking page lists the panel by name and role, and the confirmation email repeats it.
