Name the interviewers who must attend, and optionally a pool of interchangeable interviewers plus how many of them are needed. Candidates only see times when every required interviewer and enough of the pool are free on their connected calendars, and the booking lands on each attending interviewer's calendar. Interview scheduling is where candidates can go cold. Every round of 'does Tuesday work?' adds delay between 'we'd love to talk' and a booked time, and strong candidates are often talking to other companies. A booking link replaces that back-and-forth with times the candidate can pick from directly.
Panel interviews in one pick
A panel booking link has two kinds of interviewer. Required interviewers must all be free. An optional pool is a group of interchangeable interviewers, and you set how many of them are needed — for example, the hiring manager plus any one of three engineers. The candidate only sees times when every required interviewer and at least that many pool members are free. When more pool members are free than you need, SynqSlot seats the ones who have sat on the fewest recent interviews, so the same two engineers do not carry every loop. An optional 'same panel as last round' setting seats the pool members a candidate met before, when they are free; it never changes which times are offered.
For first-round screens where one person is enough, use round-robin scheduling instead: it gives each booking to one available recruiter rather than needing several people at once.

Single-use links for candidates
A normal booking link keeps working for anyone who has it. A single-use link works once: send it to one candidate, they book, it stops. If they cancel it reopens so they can rebook without you noticing and issuing a new one. Label it with the candidate's name so your list stays readable; the label is never shown to them.
Set an expiry — 'this link expires Friday' — for volume roles. It costs nothing and moves a surprising number of candidates from intending to book to booking.
Reschedules that do not derail the loop
Candidates reschedule. When they do, SynqSlot moves each interviewer's event, re-sends the invite and tries to keep the same interviewers. You can set a limit on how many times a candidate can reschedule a booking themselves; once they reach it, they contact you to move it again.
Reminders go out in the candidate's time zone with the interviewers' names and the video link, and a DST-crossing warning appears when the interview falls across a clock change for either side.
Pricing for a recruiting team
Team 5 is $27 a month flat for up to five members, Team 10 is $35 for up to ten, billed monthly. Interviewers who only need their calendar read — not their own booking links — can be invited as calendar-only participants without taking a seat; their calendar is read only after they accept the invitation and connect it themselves.
