Built for how you work

Leads self-book the moment interest peaks.

Drop a booking link in your outreach or embed it on your site. Interested leads pick a slot instantly — no rep required.

Old way: Leads go cold waiting hours or days for a rep to reply with calendar availability.

Round-robin distributes every lead automatically.

SynqSlot cycles through your team in order, giving every rep an equal share of inbound meetings.

Old way: Reps get uneven workloads — some overloaded, some underutilised — because assignment is manual.

Automated reminders cut no-show rates dramatically.

Automated email reminders go out at the timing you choose. Prospects show up; reps stay in flow.

Old way: No-shows kill pipeline velocity — reps waste time on empty calendar slots.

How teams like yours use SynqSlot

Sales scheduling has two failure points: the lead who fills in a form and never gets a time, and the demo that is booked but not attended. Both are fixable with the right link.

Route the lead before you book the meeting

A single 'book a demo' link sends every visitor to the same calendar. A routing form asks two or three questions first — company size, region, what they want to talk about — and sends enterprise leads to an account executive, small accounts to a round-robin pool, and existing customers to support. The rules are visible in the editor, so you can see exactly why a lead landed where it did.

Round-robin distribution in SynqSlot supports weights. A senior rep can take two bookings for every one a new hire takes, and anyone whose calendar cannot be read is skipped rather than double-booked.

Stop paying for no-shows

Demo no-show rates of 20 to 30 percent are normal. Two things cut them. First, reminders in the invitee's own time zone at 24 hours and 1 hour, with a one-click reschedule link so a prospect who cannot make it moves the meeting instead of ghosting. Second, confirm-or-release: for high-value slots, the invitee is asked to confirm a few hours before; if they do not, the slot is released and the rep gets their time back.

Reschedule limits stop the prospect who moves the meeting four times. You set the cap per booking link; after that, the rep is told and can decide.

Every booking lands in the CRM

SynqSlot creates or updates the contact in HubSpot or Salesforce when a meeting is booked and logs the meeting against it, including the routing answers. The rep sees why the lead was routed to them before the call. Slack notifications go to the team channel, and the meeting outcome — held, no-show, rescheduled — is recorded on the contact afterwards.

What it costs a sales team

Team 5 is $27 a month flat for up to five reps and Team 10 is $35 for up to ten. Routing forms, weighted round-robin and CRM sync are included on both. Per-seat tools charge $16 to $20 a seat for the same features, so a five-rep team pays $80 to $100 a month before adding anyone.

Frequently asked

Can leads from our website form book directly?
Yes. Embed the routing form on the page, or point your existing form's thank-you page at a booking link with the visitor's name, email and company prefilled from the URL.
Does SynqSlot log meetings in HubSpot and Salesforce?
Yes. Contacts are created or updated on booking, the meeting is logged with routing answers, and the outcome is recorded afterwards.
How is round-robin fairness handled?
Bookings rotate across the pool with optional weights per rep. Members whose calendars cannot be read are skipped rather than risk a double-booking.
