Marketing Campaign ManagerMarketingPlan and run the campaigns that bring small teams and recruiters to SynqSlot.Remote · Canada & US

About the role

SynqSlot is flat-rate scheduling software for freelancers, small businesses, sales teams and recruiters. We compete with much larger tools, so every campaign has to be clear about who it's for and why SynqSlot is the better fit.

You'll own campaigns from idea to report: deciding who we're talking to, writing the message, getting it live across channels, and telling us honestly what worked.

What you'll do

  • Plan, launch and report on campaigns across search, social, email and partner channels
  • Write and update landing pages, product announcements, emails and social posts
  • Run and tune paid campaigns within an agreed budget, and stop the ones that don't pay back
  • Set up tracking so every campaign can be tied to sign-ups and paid plans
  • Work with the product team to turn new features into launches people notice
  • Keep a simple weekly report of spend, sign-ups and lessons learned

What we look for

  • 2+ years running B2B or SaaS marketing campaigns end to end
  • Clear, plain writing — you can explain a feature in one sentence
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads and an email tool
  • Comfortable reading analytics and making decisions from the numbers
  • Organised enough to run several campaigns at once without dropping any

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to recruiters, agencies or sales teams
  • SEO and content experience
  • Basic design skills (Figma or Canva)

How we work

Remote, with applicants based in Canada or the United States. We're a small team, so you'll work directly with the founder, own real outcomes, and see your work in front of customers quickly.

Software DeveloperEngineeringBuild and harden the scheduling engine, calendar sync and dashboard.Remote · Canada & US

About the role

Scheduling looks simple until time zones, calendar providers, panels of interviewers and payments get involved. SynqSlot's value is that it gets those details right, every time.

You'll work across the whole product: the booking engine, Google/Outlook/CalDAV sync, the dashboard and integrations. You'll ship small, tested changes often.

What you'll do

  • Ship features across a Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma and Postgres stack
  • Work on calendar integrations (Google, Microsoft, CalDAV) and booking reliability
  • Build and improve integrations such as Zoom, HubSpot, Salesforce and Slack
  • Write tests for the tricky parts: time zones, daylight saving, retries and race conditions
  • Investigate production issues, fix the root cause and make sure it can't happen again
  • Review code and keep the codebase easy to work in

What we look for

  • Solid TypeScript and React experience in production
  • Comfortable with SQL, relational data modelling and REST APIs
  • Care for correctness: edge cases, failure handling and clear error messages
  • Able to take a loosely defined problem and break it into shippable pieces
  • Good written communication

Nice to have

  • Experience with OAuth and third-party calendar or CRM APIs
  • Experience with Stripe billing
  • Experience on Vercel or other serverless platforms

Sales RepresentativeSalesHelp growing teams switch to SynqSlot and get set up quickly.Remote · Canada & US

About the role

Most teams come to SynqSlot because their current scheduling tool charges per seat or is too complicated. They need someone who can show them, in one call, how SynqSlot fits the way they already work.

You'll talk to small businesses, agencies and recruiting teams, run demos, and help trial users get to their first booked meeting.

What you'll do

  • Run discovery calls and product demos for small and mid-sized teams
  • Follow up with trial users and help them set up booking links, round robin and panels
  • Manage your pipeline in a CRM and keep it accurate
  • Handle questions on pricing, switching from other tools and security
  • Share what prospects ask for with the product team
  • Help write sales materials: one-pagers, comparison sheets and email sequences

What we look for

  • 2+ years selling software (SaaS) to small and mid-sized businesses
  • Confident on video calls and in writing
  • Organised follow-up habits and an accurate pipeline
  • Comfortable learning a product deeply enough to demo it live
  • Honest about fit — you'd rather lose a deal than oversell

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to recruiters, HR teams or agencies
  • Familiarity with Calendly, Cal.com or similar tools
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
