What is a routing form?

A short form a visitor fills in before booking — company size, region, what they need — whose answers decide who they book with. Rules send them to a specific person, a round-robin team, a panel, or an external page. Every rule is visible in the editor, so you can see why someone was routed where they were.

How is round-robin distribution decided?

Bookings rotate across the team. You can give members weights so a senior rep takes two bookings for every one a new hire takes, and the rotation respects each person's calendar and availability hours. If a member's calendar cannot be read, they are skipped rather than risk a double-booking.

Can one form route to different booking links?

Yes. Each rule can point at any booking link, any team member, a team round-robin, a panel, or a URL. A single form can send enterprise leads to an AE, small accounts to a round-robin pool, and support requests to a help page.

Which plan includes routing forms?

Routing forms, weighted round-robin and panel interviews are all on the Team plans: $27 a month flat for up to five people or $35 for up to ten. There is no per-seat charge and no higher tier to unlock them.

Do routing forms work embedded on my website?

Yes. A routing form can be embedded inline or opened as a popup from any button, and it renders without JavaScript so the first view is in the page HTML.
